When I am feeling unworthy of love, I go into myself and remember that I am Love. Therefore, I do not need it and I do not need to give it away. I just need to be still and know that I am Love.

That remembrance allows me to naturally emanate love to all around me: plants, humans, animals, ether, water, dirt, insects, birds. It comes from within. Permeating all around.
